At Conguitos, we want your little ones to love their new shoes and clothing as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items for free.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
